who is jj armstrong ?

JJ ARMSTRONG M.Sc

Former British Military Physical Training Instructor and Special Forces Operator. JJ will get you inshape physically, mentally and recreate your life completely!

The creator of the Alphawoman training system, JJ Armstrong, is a former British Army physical training instructor/ member of the Special Forces.

She holds a master’s degree in sport’s science and is a leading international trainer and educator. 

JJ has a lifelong obsession with the 80/20 style minimum dose / maximum effect strategies and is an expert at Accelerated Learning .

She deploys these tactics in her presentations by delivering complex topics in a short, usable “here’s what you need to know” format.   

JJ is very passionate about animal rights and the vegan whole food lifestyle for longevity and peak performance after 35.

  • Join our personalized course for a small group of up to 12 women at our challenging yet age specific training retreat in the City center of ROME. The course is delivered in English for an international audience.

    You will spend 3 days with us and attend a structured course with enough free time to enjoy the attractions and leisure tours of ROME. Extended PRIVATE TRAINING is also available – contact us for more details.

  • Schedule:

    You will arrive on Day One (or come to a meet and greet the night before if you are in the area). 

    The retreat starts Friday morning and finishes Sunday lunchtime.

    09:30 to 13:30 Course workshop/seminars/active training
    14:15 to 17:00 ROME theme tours and/or spa rejuvenation/optional treatments, personal private consultations
    approx 18:00 to 20:30 chill out with an evening meal/apertivo, recap and review and wind down!
